Justin Pike is the Case Manager and Alumni Coordinator for the Men’s Residential Program at Serenity Springs. As the case manager, Justin helps ensure that clients complete our 12-step immersion program, work through underlying causes of addiction, and have an effective plan of action for when they leave treatment. After a client leaves the residential treatment program, Justin keeps in touch with them and helps keep graduates of the program connect with each other through meetings and events.
Justin was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Before beginning a career in the recovery field, for 10 years, Justin worked as a Construction Equipment Territory Manager for the company Caterpillar. During his career, Justin began struggling with addiction and entered a residential program. After completing treatment, Justin began helping others recover from drug and alcohol addiction. His enthusiasm for recovery inspired Justin to make a career change and he began working at an addiction treatment center.
“Being able to see people grab hold of a true solution that has not been presented to them before and watching them start to experience true freedom is extremely rewarding.”
His favorite part about working at Serenity Springs how we let clients realize they can and will recover from addiction and it does not have to be a battle every day of their life. Justin loves being able to be a part of helping clients find a Power greater than themselves. When he is not helping others recover from addiction Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and family, golfing, and playing basketball.
