Megan has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years. She is our Director of Nursing and oversees our men’s residential treatment program. She has been an LPN for 4 years. She has experience in the nursing field, particularly in detox, residential care, long-term care, physical rehabilitation, and assisted living.
Megan has had family members that have suffered from the disease of addiction her whole life. She feels that she is meant to be a nurse and has a personal calling to the field of nursing.
“The twelve steps are done by the book at our program. Our staff treats addiction as a disease of three-parts; mind, body, and spirit. Our approach is very unique and effective at Serenity Springs. All of the treatment team members step up to meet the individual needs of our clients.”
Her favorite part of working at Serenity Springs is working together with the team and discovering a new path or direction for every individual’s life.
